Investigative Committee of Russia instituted new criminal proceedings against Ukrainian servicemen due to alleged shelling of Donbas towns. Russia’s Investigative Committee reported that on their official website.

"The Head Office of the Investigative Committee has opened investigations in the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare under Part 1 of Article 356 of the RF Criminal Code."

It's further explained that, according to their investigation, Ukrainian military "followed criminal orders of higher commanders from the Ministry of Defense and fired heavy artillery weapons at civilian infrastructure objects located in the settlement of Trudovskiye, Petrovsky District of Donetsk, the settlement Kominternovo, the town of Yasinovataya, the town of Dokuchayevsk, Donetsk Region" on 9, 18, 19 and 23 June.

The Committee claims that two civilians were killed and two wounded in the alleged shelling.

As we reported, investigative Committee of Russia formerly accused Ukraine of using tactical missile complexes Tochka U in the Luhansk region.

They also previously claimed that Ukrainian military use prohibited methods of warfare.
