Most of this year’s Eurovision tickets are already sold; as of April 4, almost 27,000 of them were sold, which makes 80 percent of the total amount of the tickets designed for sale. Pavlo Hrytsak, the deputy director of the State Public TV and Radio Company said this as quoted by the contest’s press service.

According to the official, 6.65 thousand tickets were reserved for the official partners of the contest and therefore will not be available for public sale.

The last wave of tickets, including those for the final show, became available on April 10.

As 112 International reported, Eurovision 2017 will be taking place in Kyiv next month. Ukraine, the hosting country, will be represented by rock band O.Torvald; they are to perform 22nd, right at the final show.
