Russia has become the largest buyer of military goods from Ukraine in 2016. This is evidenced by a study that annually conducts an authoritative international organization - the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), Glavkom reports.

According to SIPRI, which is at the disposal, Ukraine exported Russian military products at $ 169 million in the past year. Ukraine does not receive so much money even from Thailand, which is the sole buyer of modern domestic tanks "Oplot", included in the list of the best tanks in the world.

During the year exports to Russia increased by 72%. Moreover, they were higher than those during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych.
