About 8 thousand Ukrainians were wounded,” he said.
“Your courage and loyalty to military oath of Afghan warriors have become an example for the present generation of defenders of Ukraine,” the President noted.
The Head of State stressed that the civil movement of Afghan warriors has not stayed aside important state events – it has been closely related to the events on Maidan. “Organization and determination of Afghan warriors have played an important role in the Revolution of Dignity,” the Head of State said.
