Syrian rebels claim new U.S. administration supplied them armored vehicles.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), an alliance of Arab and Kurdish forces in northern Syria, claimed they got military support in the form of armored vehicles from Washington. This could mean the growth of military backup from Trump`s administration.

A  number of vehicles arrived four or five days ago, SDF spokesman Talal Silo told Reuters.

“Previously we didn't get support in this form, we would get light weapons and ammunition,” he added. “There are signs of full support from the new American leadership – more than before – for our forces.”

Earlier reported syrian leader Al-Assad in critical condition due to ischemic stroke.

Besides U.S. to deploy tanks in Baltics. The United States will send M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania this week to reassure its allies that the U.S. is still committed to their defense, according to Unian.

The tanks will be deployed after the joint U.S.-Polish exercises in northern Poland conclude, the Wall Street Journal reported. The tanks will remain in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania until a new NATO deterrent force is operational in the spring, EstonianWorld reports.
