Petro Poroshenko emphasizes the necessity of preservation of the simplified taxation system for small entrepreneurs.
“It is very important to keep the simplified taxation system,” Petro Poroshenko said at the 5th session of the National Council of Reforms dedicated to the improvement of the tax system.
However, it is not related to dishonest large companies that are trying to minimize taxation or avoid taxes, as stated by Petro Poroshenko. The President noted that the authorities were “partners of people” in that issue.
Also Poroshenko emphasizes the importance of introduction of the e-cabinet of taxpayers as the next stage of tax reform.
During the 5th session of the National Council of Reforms dedicated to the improvement of the tax system, the Head of State called the project of tax administration very important. “Electronic cabinet of taxpayers is the next stage of the Center for Administrative Services,” Petro Poroshenko said. He added that those centers were opening really fast at the moment.
According to the President, the introduction of the e-cabinet of taxpayers is the key anti-corruption initiative that prevents bribery. “You do not communicate with officials while completing the tax return. Any attempt to intrude into this process is recorded instantly and the question about the reason for that arises,” he noted.
“The e-cabinet of taxpayers is an absolutely new institution that changes not only the face of the tax service, but also the state in general. I think it is very important,” Petro Poroshenko emphasized.
The Head of State noted that functioning of the e-cabinet of taxpayers allows not to see the tax inspector at all.
