"Donetsk and Luhansk are categorically against the placing of the OSCE armed mission on its territory. This position is not supported not only by the leadership of the republic, but also by our citizens", Pushilin said.

Early Poroshenko  stated that OSCE armed police mission to begin functioning in occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Klimkin also stated that  border control must be passed 'on second day' after election.

While press secretary of the Russian president Peskov said the Normandy Four leaders did not discuss the deployment of the OSCE armed mission at the uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border, and Russian President Vladimir Putin gave only a "potential agreement".
