Obama and Putin are having talks
US President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday met on the sidelines of G20 Summit in Guangzhou, 112.international reports.
Russian FM Sergei Lavrov, presidential adviser Yuriy Ushakov, and the press secretary Dmitry Peskov also participated at the meeting. 'Talks between two heads of the states went fairly well', as reported by Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian president.
Last time Putin and Obama had a personal meeting at the International Conference on Climate Change in Paris in November 2015, the leaders then sat behind closed doors for more than an hour.
