Patients who have been delivered to hospital suffer aftermaths of chlorine poisoning, doctors say
Four people died, 55 more were poisoned in what appears to be another gas attack on Aleppo, Reuters wrote. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported that Al Assad’s army choppers dropped bombs won Seif al Dawia and Zubdiya districts held by Syrian rebels.
Hamza Khatib, the Chief Doctor of Al Quds hospital in Aleppo said that the patients expecience breathing problems – most likely, due to the chlorine poisoning.
Syrian government and opposition forces have both denied using chemical weapons during the conflict in Syria. The West says the Syrian government has been responsible for chlorine and other chemical attacks. The government and Russia have accused rebels of using poison gas.
