Turkey will accomplish its obligations

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that EU does not accomplish its obligations regarding migrants, German TV Channel ARD reports.

'EU leaders are acting dishonestly', he said during an interview.

According to him, the IDPs cost Turkey a lot of funds, and there's almost no support from the European Union.

'It costs about $12 billion to maintain 3 million asylum seekers, however there’s no support from Europe', Erdogan said.

He added that the sides agreed on 3 million euro support from EU, but Turkey received only some symbolic amounts of 1 to 2 million.

'We fulfill our obligations. Do the Europeans fulfill them?' Turkish President asks. He also stressed that Turkey was not presented with visa-free regime yet.

As reported earlier by 1492news.com, NTV Turk: Turkish government issued 42 arrest warrants concerning reporters of various outlets.
