Turkish authorities are to give the Russian Federation permission to use Incirlik airbase to deal with terrorists of Daesh, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu reported.
'We’ve opened Incirlik airbase for those who want to join the active fight against Daesh. Why not to cooperate with Russia? This terrorist organization is our common enemy and we should fight against it,' some local media cited Çavuşoğlu as saying.
Turkish Incirlik Air Base is the most eastern base of the US Air Force Command in Europe. And besides the US, Ankara has allowed Germany, the UK, Qatar and Saudi Arabia to use the base.
