The native of Crimean will represent Ukraine at the contest Miss Universe-2016. The girl won the final stage of the 10th anniversary competition that was held in the capital of Ukraine on June 29.
This competition was held behind closed doors at the Fairmont Grand Hotel. 300 girls attended the casting and only 15 of them reached the final.
According to sources, the winner is Alena Spodynyuk, 18, who now lives in Kyiv. The girl is 181 cm tall and her parameters are 85 - 65 - 95.
The girl was the youngest contestant. She was inspired to take part in the contest by Jamala, famous Ukrainian singer, who had won the Eurovision-2016. And by the way, she also is a native of Crimea.
Alena Spodynyuk has been going in for handball for the last 5 years. She now is going to enter the National University of Culture and Arts to become a journalist.
