'Strengthening of Ukraine-U.S. cooperation at the level of experts and think-tanks was among the topics discussed during the meeting of Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly with a delegation of the 'Ukrainian Institute for the Future' including member of Ukraine’s parliament Anton Geraschchenko, advisor to the Head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Taras Berezovets and Institute’ co-founder Igor Liski.
The sides had an exchange on priority tasks in the context of further development of Ukraine-U.S. cooperation, maintenance of the transatlantic solidarity on the issue of sanctions against Russia for the illegal attempt to annex Ukraine’s Crimea and military invasion of Donbas.
The program of a delegation of the 'Ukrainian Institute for the Future' in Washington DC includes the meetings with key experts on Ukraine in Congress, U.S. State Department and other government institutions of the United States as well as talking to representatives of the leading think-tanks of American capital.
