The DPR’s leader Aleksandr Zakharchenko is about to present bills to the oligarchs of Donetsk and says that the former elite won’t be able to come back. The main separatist of the DPR promises to expand the 'list of persons non grata', as he is concerned with the fact that the elite will return and take his power away.
According to Zakharchenko, the DPR has a lot of external and internal enemies, and the oligarchs have made a mess in the Donbass, although they really could prevent the territory’s division.
Zakharchenko praised himself for 'the restoration of peace, the plants’ work,' and warned that those businessmen who are planning to come back, won’t be able to advance to the situation.
Zakharchenko is sure that if the elite of Donetsk come back they’ll take his power away during the local elections. At the same time, he said that he didn’t plan any nationalization of enterprises, which belonged to businessmen from the list of persons banned from to entry to the DPR.
'Everything will be made within the 'decree'. It’s too early to tell about nationalization. We are unrecognized, but many enterprises don’t work in our legal field and pay taxes to Ukrainian budget. We are deprived of taxes and salaries. But all these enterprises belong to the DPR, they are located in our land, and our way to deal with this is just a matter of time,' the DPR’s leader said.
His decree appeared on June 1. According to it, a number of persons were banned from entering the occupied territory. The list includes 46 persons.
As reported earlier by 1492news.com, Savchenko urges to hold direct talks with LDPR: 'I am ready to talk to Zakharchenko and Plotnitskiy!' The Verkhovna Rada’s deputy Nadiya Savchenko insists on peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass, and declared her readiness to sit down at the negotiating table with the leaders of the DPR and LPR personally.
