The Verkhovna Rada’s deputy Nadiya Savchenko insists on peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass, and declared her readiness to sit down at the negotiating table with the leaders of the DPR and LPR personally.

'First of all, I see the Minsk agreements as political ones. Not even the Minsk agreements but the settlement of the matter should be political. It’s necessary to persuade the neighbor out of his wrong actions. I don’t want to clean it up in a bloody way, like Russia did in Chechnya... I don’t want to clean up the Donbass in these ways. I want to get along with these people. We have to learn how to forgive... Everything is solved by laws, courts and the justice of God later, I don’t want any massacre,' she said.

The first three steps Ukraine should take to return the Donbass are as follows:

'The first one is to expand anti-Russian sanctions... the second is to get direct connection without the Minsk agreements with the DPR and LPR, without the third and fourth sides. I'm ready.'

At the same time, she noted that Zakharchenko and Plotnitskiy can be positioned as parliamentarians.

'A crown won’t fall from my head - let them be the people's deputies of the DPR and LPR. I am ready to talk to them,' Savchenko said.

The third step is to reach common understanding.

As reported earlier by 1492news.com, Anti-aircraft guns still are 'crying' in Donbass, Ukraine. The situation still is tense.
