During the visit I.Klympush-Tsintsadze met with NATO Secretary General J.Stoltenberg and took part in the meeting of NATO-Ukraine Commission.
NATO-Ukraine Commission discussed the interaction between our country and the Alliance in the context of preparations for the meeting of the NUC at the level of Defence Ministers on 15 June and the NATO-Ukraine Summit in Warsaw on 9 July this year.

'Allies welcomed the appointment of I.Klympush-Tsintsadze as Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and expressed hope that her work would contribute to restoration of internal coordination of cooperation between Ukraine and NATO and would improve the annual national programs.
The Commission also reviewed the implementation of the Minsk agreements and stressed the need to maintain sanctions against Russia as long as it does not come back into the framework of international law and to fulfill its obligations under the Minsk agreements.
NATO member countries have shown strong willingness to continue assisting Ukraine in reforming the national security and defense sector and reaffirmed its consistent position in support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.'
Ivanna Orestivna Klympush-Tsintsadze is a Ukrainian politician and journalist. She was appointed a vice-prime minister on European integration in the Groysman government.
