The Grand Rapids Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying the men in these composite sketches. Both subjects are believed to be the perpetrators who prey on the elderly by posing as contractors.

Their typical scam involves one suspect distracting the resident, while the other enters the home to steal money and valuables.

'One suspect is described as a white male, in his early 30’s, medium build, with an olive colored skin tone. He is approximately 5’10” to 5’11.” He typically wears a baseball hat, sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The other suspect is also a white male, light hair, with a light skin tone. He is in is early 20’s and has a thin build. During the last reported larceny, he was wearing a yellow sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The vehicle they use in the thefts is described as a newer model silver or gray extended cab pickup truck.
