Russians have continued their attacks against the terrorists in spite of the military withdrawal. According to some monitoring groups’ data, Russia’s air strikes on Daesh positions killed at least 55 residents of Raqqa.

As a result of Russian air strikes on the city of Raqqa at least 55 residents were killed, activists reported. Daesh has been controlling the city since 2013. Moreover, the terrorists call it the capital of their self-established caliphate.

The SOHR claimed that airstrikes had killed about 55 residents, including kids and a pregnant woman. The anti-Daesh group says the strikes were performed by Russian warplanes. According to them, they killed 60 people. The Daesh news agency released a video showing Russia’s “massacre” and reporting about 43 killed and 60 wounded people.

Russia started its air campaign on September 30. However, Moscow began reducing its military presence in Syria last week.

More than 200,000 people had been killed during the Syrian conflict.
