President Petro Poroshenko signed laws “On Ukrainian Cultural Fund” and “On State Support for Cinematography in Ukraine”. The Head of State expressed belief that the adoption and entry into force of these laws will be useful for Ukrainian cinema and culture, facilitate national-cultural development and raise national cinematography.
80 percent of Eurovision tickets sold, - Ukraine's State Public TV and Radio Company
Most of this year’s Eurovision tickets are already sold; as of April 4, almost 27,000 of them were sold, which makes 80 percent of the total amount of the tickets designed for sale. Pavlo Hrytsak, the deputy director of the State Public TV and Radio Company said this as quoted by the contest’s press service.
EBU does not exclude that Russia may be excluded from participation in Eurovision-2018
